Mix Crushed Walnuts And Yogurt And Rub On Your Neck….. Here’s Why


The dark patches on the neck are a common skin problem. It is not an infection and neither contagious, but makes your neck skin look dark then rest of the skin.

Dark skin can be caused by overexposure to the sun, environmental pollution, a medical condition such as diabetes or obesity, dry skin, stress, poor lifestyle choices, and prolonged use of chemical-based cosmetic products.

It is really unattractive and can cause someone’s self-esteem to plummet. But, don’t worry… The problem is curable.

HOW TO GET RID OF DARK SKIN ON YOUR NECK

WALNUTS AND YOGURT
Walnuts are chock-full of vitamins and minerals that are essential to promoting skin health. They can also help keep skin moisturized to keep it looking youthful and fresh.

Mix crushed walnuts in yogurt to to get a fine, thick paste. Use the paste by gently rubbing it in the affected areas and allow it to dry. Wash it off using cold water.

The regular application, about twice a week, will rejuvenate your neck and lightens the skin tone.

HONEY AND TOMATO
Honey helps bleach skin while also acting as a moisturizing agent. Tomato has a rich lycopene content which can slightly tan your skin. Mixing honey with tomato will give you the extra healing power you need to remove dark patches on the neck quickly and easily.

Ingredients:
1/2 ripe tomato
1 tablespoon honey

Directions: 
Blend the tomato till you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Add the honey and mix well. Apply this mixture to the black areas for 15 minutes to allow the mixture to sink deep. Wash off with cold water.

LEMON JUICE AND OLIVE OIL
Olive oil moisturize the skin and reduces the tanning as well. Lemon has citric acid, which is a natural bleaching agent.

Put a few drops of lemon juice in a tablespoon of olive oil. Apply it on the neck and massage it gently. Leave it for a few hours and then rinse it off.
