Prepare:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl besides the vinegar and mix well.
  2. Pour it into a 32 ounce glass jar, and pour the vinegar into the jar.
  3. Place a lid on the jar and place it into a cool spot.
  4. Shake the mixture a few times a day for two week.
  5. Strain the liquid with a cheese close and place into a separate jar.
  6. Use the herbs and vegetables for cooking.
