Day 1 – 1 lemon mixed with one cup water.
Day 2 – 2 lemons with 2 cups water.
Day 3 – 3 lemons with 3 cups water.
Day 4 – 4 lemons with 4 cups water.
Day 5 –5 lemons with 5 cups water.
Day 6 –6 lemons with 6 cups water.
Day 7 –3 lemons with 10 cups water, add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mixture throughout the day.
Day 8 –6 lemons with 6 cups water.
Day 9 –5 lemons with 5 cups water.
Day 10 –4 lemons with 4 cups water.
Day 11 –3 lemons with 3 cups water.
Day 12 –2 lemons with 2 cups water.
Day 13 –1 lemons with 1 cups water.
Day 14 –3 lemons with 10 cups water, add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mixture throughout the day.
How to drink it: consume the mixture all at once, if you’re having a hard time consuming it at once , drink as much as you can, leaving the rest of the mixture for later. Consume it one hour before each meal. This diet is recommended for people with gastrointestinal issues but if you are overweight and you want to get rid of the extra pounds you can use this diet to detoxify your organism in a natural way.
