This Pineapple Water Can Relieve Joint Pain, Inflammation And Will Help You Lose Weight

Our need of plenty of water during the day can be better understood if you consider the fact that our bodies are made up of 60% water.

Water is vital for digestion, circulation, and the transport of nutrients throughout the body.

We all know we should be drinking more but sometimes we just want a little bit more flavor, without the added sugar of course.

Cherry, Cinnamon and Lemon Water

This amazing tasty beverage will help you improve sleep, as cherries are high in melatonin. Tart cherries are richer in melatonin than sweet cherries, and are also full of anthocyanins which have potent anti-inflammatory properties and support heart health.

Lemons are high in vitamin, while cinnamon regulates blood sugar.

Instructions:

In a glass with warm water, add 2 lemon slices,  ½ cup of pitted cherries, and a pinch of cinnamon. Leave the ingredients to soak, and drink it before going to sleep.

Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint Water

All the ingredients of this drink are extremely high in vitamin C and act as antioxidants. Lemons are high in vitamin C, lemonin, and flavonoids, which detoxify the body and boost cells.

Cucumbers are also high in many vitamins and minerals, and caffeic acid, which relieves inflammation. Mint also contains a potent antioxidant; the phytonutrient monoterpene.

Instructions:

Add 2 lemon slices, a sprig of mint leaves, and half a cucumber to a container with 8 glasses of water, refrigerate during the night and drink it in the morning. It will support your overall health and boost immunity.

Pineapple and Fennel Digestive Teaser

The potent enzyme in pineapples, bromelain, is a powerful anti-inflammatory, accelerates healing, relieves pain, and treats acne.  The fennel gives a refreshing anise flavor and calms the digestive system.

According to the findings of a 2010 study, the daily supplementation of pineapple juice reduced inflammation in mice’s colons.

Furthermore, another 2015 study found that the consumption of 200mL of pineapple juice daily helped participants to lose weight and improved asthma symptoms.

Instructions:

Wash the pineapple, slice the skin, and add half a cup of pineapple chunks in a container with 8 glasses of hot water. Then, leave it to cool, and then add a teaspoon of fennel seeds. Leave it thus overnight, and in the morning, strain the seeds, and drink this refreshing drink.

For an additional boost, you can also chew the fennel seeds.
