Killer of Obesity – 1 Teaspoon Per Day of Cumin Powder and You Can Lose Up To 33 Pounds in 3 Months!

The only difference in the diets between these two groups of women was the use of cumin powder. So, the first group of individuals have used 140 ml yogurt spiced up with cumin powder every day. On the other hand, the other group of women has used the same amount of yogurt, but without the cumin powder.
When the three months were finally over, the group that consumed cumin powder dropped about 14 kg. It is good to point out that the cumin powder group also lost about 15% more fat compared to the group that didn’t have cumin powder. They lost about 5% fat. Cumin powder is loaded with phytosterols.

These compounds have the power to immobilize cholesterol retention in our body. In addition, experts suggest that cumin speeds up our metabolism.
