Not while ago, US News analyzed and ranked a total of 38 diets based on the opinion of a group of health specialists. In order to be ranked better, every diet had to possess the characteristics we have mentioned before. It turns out that the diet that was supported by the US government known as DASH or Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension is the best.
#1. DASH Diet
Dash was designed to help people eliminate hypertension, so the creators didn’t have other purposes in mind.
However, the aforementioned health experts have concluded that this diet provides excellent nutritional support for the body; it’s safe, promoted heart health and has the ability to control or manage diabetes.
Although it is relatively unknown, it has shown much better results compared to popular diets.
